With Labthink package leak testers, there are mutilple packaging test methods to ensure your package with high quality in seals. It can be used for packages Bags, blister packs, bottles and etc. Labthink Leak testers can be used to facilitate testing to standards ASTM D3078, ASTM F2096 and other similar standards.
- Bubble Emission Method - Procedure per ASTM D3078
This method is ideal for packages whose contents have headspace or some amount of air or gas within the package. Placing the package in C660B Leak Tester, closing the lid, and submerging it under the water, vacuuming the chamber. if air bubbles appear, then the package is compromised or faulty.
- Internal Pressurization Bubble Test - Procedure by ASTM F2096
This method is ususally used to detect gross leak in blister packs. Pressurizing the package, placing it in C660M Leak and Seal Strength Detector and submering it under the water. if air bubbles appear, then the package is compomised or faulty.
