Ink layer falling off

　　Falling off of theink layer is one of the common issues for food packaging, it may cause the harmfulsolvents and heavy metals contaminating the package contents, and thus affectthe health of consumers. In addition, the falling off of the ink layer willalso lead to the lost of specific product information printed on the packagingsurface, and result in inconvenience to food sales. Packaging of substandardquality will cause the above issues:

1) The packagingmaterial is weak to the package contents -for example, the packaging materialis weak to oil, acid and alkali. When such materials are used for foodpackaging, the ink on the package will easily migrate to the food, the inklayer will likely fall off and contaminate the food.
2) The inkadhesion to packaging materials is low-such as poor compatibility of ink andprinting substrate, and the surface properties of substrate cannot meet theprinting requirements, etc., the ink layer is likely to fall off.
